Loan Application

To start the process, follow the following steps

• Open a Current Account with Haggai
• Save up to 30% of the property cost, we can finance up to 70%
• You are expected to search for a property with proper title e.g. Certificate of Occupancy, Registered Deed of Assignment, etc.
• You must have a stable source of income
• You should be below 60 years.

Mortgage Requirements

The following will be required to process the Mortgage Facility

• Application Letter stating the type of Mortgage required.
• Your brief Profile (Your Resume will suffice) .
• Statement of Account with Other Banks– for the last six months or as it may be requested.
• Evidence of remuneration (attach copies of pay slips in the last 6 months).
• Business Financials (A statement of Cash Inflow and Outflow/ Management Account) (For Business Owners) .
• Statement of financial obligation from individual on current financial obligation(s) to other Banks (if any).
• Letter of employment or confirmation of employment with current employer.
• Photocopy of Title documents covering the property to be purchased.
• Offer Letter from the vendor.
• Valuation Report (By a Chartered Estate Valuer).
• Any other document/record that will help in approval.

Security/ Collateral

The purchased property will serve as the collateral for the loan.

Other Conditions:

• Submission of postdated cheques (After accepting the offer) - this will be presented at specific dates monthly.
